Currently we only ship to the following regions: EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, and Turkey.
And we are already working on more regions, like: Mexico, Brazil, and a few other.

What you need
- A decent standard 9V power supply with a center-negative plug and at least 500 mA current capability. Power supplies with multiple outputs are also supported.
- A USB flash drive for transferring models and IRs onto the NAM player and update to the latest firmware.
